SURPRISE INSPECTION

To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. Vaibhav Security Services Private Limited system of Internal Audit is directly under Chief Operating Officer, Manager Quality & Development and Operation Manager of the region, who ensure prompt action for smooth functioning. Manager Operation checks all post of their zones at least twice in a week.

 
SELECTION  OF GUARD

On the basis of Posture & Gesture the guards are being selected. They have to undergo a selection process for those examinations are being conducted. As we believe that our Guards are the most valued as well as they are the ambassador on the basis of their performances and personality the company will earn a good name in market.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

1.    Has to be Physically fit and Mentally balanced
2.    Height should be minimum 5’7”
3.    Qualification should be at least matriculate but H.S are preferred
4.    Age from21 to 35 years
5.    Should be able to read and write in Hindi & English
6.    Reliable reference from local areas

TRAINING FACILITY

We are having our own town Training School in Asansol which is manned by ex-Defense Officer conducting basic training to the newly recruited guards. Our main subject of training pertaining to company profile, Drill, Standing order procedures, Fire Fighting Drill along with practices. Training on Security, Guest handling reception, Telephone related matters, Industrial Security, Movement of Materials Checking, Gate Controlling, Maintaining the Register, Prevention of Fire and Crises Management. On job training are also being conducted in different segment.

UNIFORM
Shoes Black, Dark Grey Trouser & Shirt with Companies Logo, Lanyard with Whistle, Cap with Badge, Tie with Badge, Shoulder Badge and Personal Identity Card with colored photograph. An option of CEREMONIAL uniform is given according to clients  

 
Requirement to add color on special occasions. This includes a red sash KAMARBAND, white anklets and batons color.

SUPERVISION

Vaibhav Security Services Private Limited takes pride in having a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring Systems (SIMS). We have a dedicated force of field supervisors who carry out checking of all post 5 to 7 times a week, including night checking. Supervisors render a regular report on the performance of each post.

ROTATION OF GUARDS

To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However, in case of specific request of the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.

 
OUR STANDARDS

We as a policy do not supply guards at random. We insist that they should be inducted as a viable team after security Survey/Audit.
We pay the best salaries in the industry and follow all statutory norms of the state Govt. Individual dossier of each guard is maintained at our Head Office with zonal managers and performance reviewed fortnightly.
